In a world where writing is now meaningless, a male postman wants to deliver a letter which he found to its female addressee. Following him, we’ll cross the heteroclite and carnival world of Roland Shön, guided by four show-men with their faces blanched (Ludovic Billy, Bertrand Lemarchand, Roland Shön and François Smol) and their bodies directed by Hervé Lelardoux.

“The text is a real puzzle of poetic short stories,
absurd dialogues, burlesque digressions, wide dizzy of tongue
whose its ridiculous ambition is to tell the journey of a man
who once felt the earth spining beneath his feet,
and therefore never ceased to be amazed,
stunned by the motion of the world” (Roland Shön).

In the darkness of this imaginary with colored neons, machineries, drawn or painted rollers , projected images and shadows, we are quickly lead in the farandole of this world full of curiosities.

“As in previous shows, the plastic and graphic work
take an important place in the development of this show.
I wish it will be lived by the public as an in-between:
between theatrical exhibition and exhibition with commentaries” (Roland Shön).

Following accordion, guitar, percussion and trumpet, adults and children let themselves be carried away with pleasure in this strange journey. And despite the lack of end (“the purpose of the trip is the trip itself, isn’t it?”), member of the audience will still keep memory of a beautiful dream.

A beautiful tale to discover in this holiday season.
